The lessee declares to have received the vehicle in perfect condition, forcing himself to return it in the same conditions.
The LESSEE is responsible for the damage caused to the vehicle, as well as its theft or loss. 2.2 WARRANTY

Payment card information (ie card number and validity date) is subject to file for a period of 13 months from actual payment for a credit card and 15 months for a debit card. 3.1. ONLINE RESERVATIONS
The web pages owned by the company, associated web pages and the associated booking engines only allow reservations to be made at least 24 hours before the vehicle is delivered. Therefore, it is not possible to book less than 24 hours in advance.
The discounts offered on the website or online booking engines only apply to reservations made on the websites owned by the company. Not being applicable for reservations made in, offices or associated web pages.
Discounts are only applied on the amount of the vehicle rental, not on extras.
These discounts may be modified, in advance and amount, suppressed and all without prior notice.
The rental amounts of the vehicles offered on the website owned by the company may change over time, depending on the availability of vehicles, supply and demand for them, and all without prior notice.
The amount of a reservation already made will never be subject to changes. The total amount of the reservation will be the one that is reflected in the confirmation of the same.
3.2. RESERVED VEHICLE GUARANTEE
The company only guarantees the reserved model on those vehicles indicated as “guaranteed model”. If the vehicle you reserve is not indicated as a Guaranteed Model (it will be indicated as: “or similar”), you may be given the selected model, one within the same group and with similar benefits or a vehicle belonging to a higher group. If due to force majeure the reserved group or model cannot be served, alternatives of a higher group will be offered, at no additional cost to the client.
3.3. CANCELLATIONS OF RESERVATIONS:
WITH MORE THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE

3.5. CUSTOMER ERRORS WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION

The LESSOR G21 Rent a Car offers the client compulsory insurance and civil liability, plus some occupants according to conditions stipulated by the insurance company. It also offers insurance against accidents for own damage (CDW) plus insurance against theft (TP) with excess on the rented vehicle.
Loss, theft or damage caused to goods or objects transported in the vehicle are excluded from the insurance. The franchise in case of accidents, theft, loss or loss of any of its parts is detailed on the face of the contract.
THE LESSEE may be exempted from the franchise by paying the corresponding premium which is reflected in the current general rate. In any case, the exemption of the franchise does not include the loss or breakage of the door bowler, keys, remote control (value depending on the model) 150-300 euros. Damage to the wheels and windows of the rented vehicle, damage to the upholstered roofs, and damage to the interior of the vehicle.
In the event of an accident, the company will not replace the damaged vehicle. The LESSEE undertakes to:
A) Preserve with the utmost diligence the good general condition of the vehicle without carrying out in any case fraudulent manipulation of any element of it.
B) Respect at all times and places the regulations of the Highway Code in force, as well as any legal provisions on traffic, transportation and Road Safety.
C) Do not allow the vehicle to be driven by persons not authorized in this contract.
D) Not transporting people or goods when this explicitly or implicitly implies subletting the vehicle or non-compliance with the legal provisions regarding weight, height, quantity, volume and nature of the cargo.
E) Do not drive the vehicle outside the island of Ibiza (not even in Formentera), unless expressly authorized in writing by the company. The client is responsible for consulting on the website of the Consell de Formentera the limitations on the entry of vehicles on that island, especially in the months of July and August.
F) Do not drive in inferior physical and / or mental conditions motivated by the use of alcohol, drugs or narcotic substances, as well as by fatigue or debilitating illness.
G) Do not use the vehicle to push or tow other vehicles, or participate in races, contests or competitions of any nature.
H) Do not drive on unpaved or unfit for circulation roads that may cause damage or damage to the lower part of the body.
